GMs love putting the players in deathtraps but coming up with them can be a pain.
100 Deathtraps contains (amazingly enough) 100 system neutral deathtraps to place your captured heroes in. The traps meet a certain criteria. All of them aim to fatally remove a victim, not permanently maim them. Also, each trap does not instantly kill the victim. There should be enough time for the hero to somehow escape...
