Fate is a fickle thing.
When a player rolls a natural 1, they draw from the Fate Deck. The cards in the deck range from -3 to +3. The player can spend points to gain bonuses to reroll saving throws, attacks, etc. The DM can spend negitive points to allow monsters to reroll attacks, force players to reroll attack, etc. The DM can take out positive, or negitive cards depending on whether ...
