First pass at monster list.
First in set of ground vehicles in use by various factions in the Foreven sector. The Tracked Scout Cycle is used by the IISS where the local tech level is low enough that they have not developed grav drives. The tracked version is for use on worlds that will bog down a 2 wheeled cycle.
The Imperium needs a wide variety of small crafts and space ships to deal with the challenges of the Foreven sector. The Mini Surveyor is used to replace the standard 50 dTon Surveyor at a 2:1 ratio.
