Description:
"The tribes are stirring out in the wilderness. Caravans to Kardak and Shieldforge Hall have been attacked and the goods lost. An old trader moving through here yesterday said he could see tribesmen across the river as close as Riverton Ferry."
The unusual barkeep of the Dancing Blade Inn was talking to a group of patrons inside the common room of the Inn. You overhear him as you walk in the door. A woodsman is telling of his run in with the tribes three days ago in the woods across the river. The Black Dogs ambushed a column of settlers he was escorting south of the river near the forest. He slams his palm against the bar in frustration and downs another tankard of ale.
Another man sits quietly in a corner with his back against the wall. He is covered in tatoos that glow with a soft green light. He sips his ale over a necklace of ears.
The Defense of the Dancing Blade Inn is a Pathfinder adventure for a group of 4-6 1st to 3rd level characters. Game Masters (GMs) should feel free to adjust the adventure as necessary to accommodate groups not falling within this range. However, given the fairly low power level of the Grey Wolf tribesmen, it should be noted that parties consisting of 20 or more total levels are unlikely to find satisfactory challenge within The Defense of the Dancing Blade Inn.
