Newly updated Continuum Edition!

Savage Worlds is a really fun rules system - which is why we created Savage Suzerain. One of the things about Savage Worlds that's really really fun is the use of adventure deck cards, to add a little spice to each session. Well, now you can have the Savage Suzerain Adventure Deck, custom built to add extra zing to your adventurers, heroes and demigods.

Beautifully illustrated with glorious full-color high resolution art, they'll add a bit of class to any gaming table... and add 54 (+9 bonus cards) cool effects to the characters. A one-off use of a power from the Patron God of Weather? I'll take that lightning strike! From Divine Intervention to Dumb Luck, Temporary Transcendence to a little Narrative License, we've got it all.

Product Contains: This the Premium Savage Suzerain Deck with 63 cards.

What is the difference between this product and the normal non-premium Savage Suzerain Adventure Deck? The normal non-premium version lists the following prices:
PDF $9.99
Card(s) $9.99
PDF + Card(s) $14.99

But the premium version lists these prices:
PDF $9.99
Card(s) $14.99
PDF + Card(s) $19.99

Apart from the difference in price, I can't tell how they are different. Please tell me why it's worth it to spend $5 more. The product descriptions are identical except for the last paragraph. The last paragraph of one says that the product contains a pdf, while the other says that the product contains cards. Yet they both list buying options for both cards and pdf's, and at different prices. I am confused. Please clear this up for me because I want to buy it, but I want to know what I'm buying first. Thanks :)

I think it's a heavier card stock, and therefore a bit more durable. I looked at http://www.drivethrucards.com/pub_prepare_cards.php (then clicked Printed Poker Cards) to see the difference between regular and Premium. Can someone confirm or correct please?
As to if it's worth it, that's up to you.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
