Michtim: Designing a Pen & Paper Storytelling Game

Hey there. This is the master thesis. The game can be found under the name "Michtim: Fluffy Adventures". I have no info about kids this young, but if you are willing to waive a few of the more advanced rules, you can give it a try.

You can have them roll dice, if you like. If they can count pips to 7, then they can roll on their own. A friendly reviewer tried this with his kid, you can check out his review, I'm not sure how old his son is, but I think it all depends on what you want to do.

At the core, the game allows a lot of social interaction and playing with emotions as actions, so things that are really understandable for kids: if you're angry, you're going to hit someone. If you're all nice and supportive (Love), you can help others. You can do fine without rolling.

Just let them portrait their characters and you're fine.

Settingwise, the...See more game has a lot for kids to explore. They can be on a special errant for Archmage Cornelius Funkenflug, or have a nice time helping friendly folks over at the local Naschkeria. :)
