The BUYER is not purchasing the copyright to the graphics, only the right to use them in their own works. The copyrights to the *.PSD files and the *.TIFF files contents will be retained. Buyer may not claim ownership to any of the "ORIGINAL ALPHA-CHANNEL IMAGES" in whole, or in part. 

Purchasing this product gives the right to use the images under specific circumstances.  

Art Fantasies may revoke this license if any of the terms below are violated. 

a) Purchased items may be used to create personal & commercial free projects such as signature tags, web designs, stationary, scrap booking, role-playing guides, and desktop publishing. You can alter the images in anyway you wish, this includes cutting, re-sizing, re-coloring, texting, layering, etc. Then you may freely distribute your own reasonably altered derivative creations as 100% your own. Buyer can sell any reasonably altered derivative works provided the alpha-channel *.PSD or *.TIFF files cannot be extracted from the derivative work. Any transmission of the purchased PSD or TIFF files would be in violation for this specific product. This rule is designed to protect the 'Artist' from a 'Buyer' releasing "ORIGINAL COPYRIGHTED FILES", and is not meant to infringe upon the artistic endeavors of the buyer.

b) Buyer may not include any of the original PSD or TIFF files in any collections for resale, redistribution and/or free file sharing groups. 

c) These files cannot be converted from "AS-IS ORIGINALS" into another file format and freely distributed (i.e.: brushes, .psd files, .psp files, .png files, tubes) nor may buyer store the TIFF, PSD or ZIP file any place on the Internet where it may be referenced by a third party. 

d) Buyer may not use any "NON-ALTERED ORIGINAL AS-IS" purchased images for mass commercial reproduction to companies, business organization and/or other likenesses.

In simple terms: Any "reasonably modified image" that is 'better-than' the 'single original image' is your own unique creation, and can be copyrighted by you or used in any way you wish.
