This is the first of many supplements for the Chosen-Keepers of the Faith focusing on other character profiles for players to choose from. The Justiciary and Holy Roller are not Chosen, they are Keepers of the Faith, normal guys like you and me with no divine powers.
Instead, the Justiciary relies on blind justice and lets his pistols do the talking. Meanwhile the Holy Roller turns the other cheek and has a remarkable knack for getting out of any scrape.
