The South has lost the Civil War, but this time, so has the North. An evil dictator has used dark technology from beyond the stars to create a series of extremely powerful psychics. This technology has gotten out of hand, and now there is a full scale rebellion....of a different sort. This is the second series of the T7 series. It includes several plot hooks, feats for dealing with psychic powers, a localized setting and the basic history of the time line. Designed to be a mini-campaign to give a world traveling or one shot game a potential seed for a game idea.
