It looks like we have Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn made into an Exalted.

Quick question for purchasers, or anyone knowledgeable: Do these use "quick NPC" stats, or do we get actual, full stats?

Well, so far, Harrowing Silence, and in the next release, The Broker and Ifraja the Librarian, are fully stated characters. The latter two also have some QC minions.

I think she's an intersting character overall. She even has a pretty time-neutral backstory, so I can see her being an antagonist for a mortals or Dragon-Blooded game very easily. Having some Solar Anathema skulking in the wilds and picking off your team might be a great use of her.

I'm curious, since this wasn't stated before, of a few things with though.
- How many total characters are going to be in here? Is the total cost of the product comparable to the indivdiual purchases?
- Will they all be Solar characters? If so, wouldn't these basically be pre-built characters by another name? Righ tnow it looks like this character is an Essence 2 Solar with her Charms reworded for an NPC format, but I think that it wouldn't hurt to be clear on what the actual design gaol of this is since I expected something more like a QC.
- Will the Bestiary also only have one thing in it or will there be more critters per entry?

Also, there's a couple mistakes in the character's write-up....See more

So, the art for this product is great, the story is neat, but the fact that it's a Solar Exalted constructed with Solar Charms is a little disappointing. I or anyone else could have easily constructed this character, which is not what I was looking for in Adversaries of the Righteous. I was happy to purchase this product, but I hope that future products in the series are more creative and innovative in terms of mechanics.

More mechanically unique spirits, henchmen or people would be great. Even if it was as simple as giving them a custom charm or evocation or two.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
