I'm curious. How much of a spool does, say, printing a section of floor take? I've got some projects in mind but am trying to figure out how much plastic it will take.

Thanks. These look good and will work well with what I intend.

Looks like Industrial Damaged Doorway 2 is a duplicate of Industrial Damaged 180 corner.

Do any of the wall pieces have the locking mechanism to connect a wall to a wall? The side locking mechanic? I see notches but they look more like artifacts of the artwork.

Also can you put a .png/.jpg of the files with their names in the folder so I can quickly look at a index of the files without having to open each one individually? Printable scenery does this with all their files and it makes picking out the pieces easy.

Lastly, can you put in this file or your pdf the average walls (how many if any more than 2), the % of infill (20% is normal or not at all), and other particulars that someone who is a complete novice would need to print the models. Printable scenery does this on their web page and it makes it an easy reference.

Thank you for making these models, I will be using them in my upcoming game and I'd like to make sure I'm doing them right.

PUBLISHER
Hi Jonathan,
My apologies on the delay in answering - I thought I have the notification setting turned on, but apparently not.
At the time this was designed, OpenLOCK 5.0 wasn't available so the is no specific joiner for walls. The notches are for the internal wall corners which have a base which is too small to use OpenLock. They help straighten the walls significantly and of course mean you don't have a line where there's a gap in corners.
I hadn't considered a .png/.jpg for easy reference, but it makes sense - I'll add when I have an opportunity and then update. As a customer you'll get notification and links to the new updated product.
I'm not quite sure what you were asking about the average walls. The set contains walls in 1", 2" and 3" straight lengths, all of which are 1/2" wide allowing a double sided wall which fits neatly in the inch gap between rooms. In terms of printing details, I initially printed all of the prototypes at a layer height of .2mm which...See more

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
