Important Note about the Demo
Some browsers have trouble (or make trouble for you, depending on how you look at it) with JAR files. Some try to treat them as text documents (which they are not) and others try to rename them to ZIP files (which they also are not).
If you find you have trouble downloading the demo, try right-clicking on the link at the top of the page and selecting "Save target as" (or similarly named option). Also, pay close attention to the file name that the dialog says it will save to. Make sure it ends with "JAR" and not "ZIP."
