We've brought you rapiers and muskets, pistols and a marlinspike... but what's a pirate game without some pirates? This set of story cards starts up a whole new line of products for us - characters to fit into your games.
Just like other sets, you'll get cards with a choice of backing images. We're giving you eight likely characters for any swashbuckling campaign featuring on oversized cards. Each has his/her own background text and we're including two pages of story text that link these salty sea dogs into one tale.
There are also charts that show the relationships between the people, making these characters extra-easy to slot into any scenario, even on the fly. Or use them as the basis to inspire your story. Or simply use the cards to fit with characters you've made up yourself, ignoring our backstory. We're giving you 21 pages of fine NPC wholesomeness to make these guys and gals as flexible as you could ever need!
Pack contains: a 21-page high resolution pdf with 8 full color character cards plus a choice of backings. There are two pages of backstory and individual character descriptions to accompany each portrait. As a bonus, we're including cut-out tokens for each character, allowing you to visualise them on our Gamescapes story maps.
