| NPG Bards MSRP: $1.50 BUNDLE PRICE: $1.00
| The bard class covers a wide range of historical and mythical archetypes. The term bard entered English from Gaelic, through the Irish, Scots, and Welsh. The Gaelic bard was a poet, musician, and singer. By the Middle Ages, bards had fallen out of favor with the Scots?the crown considered bards little better than vagabonds?but remained an important facet of Irish and Welsh society. Still, the Gaelic bard was by no means the only poet, musician, and singer in Medieval Europe.
There are a wide variety of character types which the bard encompasses. In replicating these character types in a game, it is not necessary to create new classes or feats. | NPG Clerics MSRP: $1.50 BUNDLE PRICE: $1.00
| Of all the classes in d20, the cleric may be the oddest
inclusion. Our world's history is replete with famous
religious fi gures, but few of them could be considered
adventurers. Most clerics led lives of seclusion, their
confl ict dogmatic rather than cinematic. Still, there are
some examples of adventurous religious individuals from
our own history. Th ough the legacy of the Crusades to
the Holy Land is controversial at this time, the image
of the militant monastic orders remains a strong one.
We also have the missionaries of varying religions that
pushed into secluded or hostile areas in the service of
their religions. There's even the folk hero of Friar Tuck,
whose presence reflects a real situationâ€â€Âthat of rebels
against religious authorities who are left to fend for
themselves...

| NPG Rangers MSRP: $1.50 BUNDLE PRICE: $1.00
| There are a wide variety of character types which the
ranger encompasses. In replicating these character types
in a game, it is not necessary to create new classes or
feats. Rather, existing classes and feats can help one to
shape a character to match a particular paradigm. Th is
is what NPG Rangers has done. Inside, you will find
details on the hunter, the outlaw, the protector, and the
scout. All these are character archetypes that fit into the
concept of the ranger, some more closely than others.
Each of these includes a character to illustrate how
one can use existing classes, skills, and feats to replicate
this type of character. This also means that GMs have
four complete NPCs. The animal companion for each
ranger is listed after that ranger.
