This is the original adventure set in Hanan Pacha! The black vrock demon lord, Varnaku) has returned to Elleron Forest and defeated the noble dragon guarding the sacred, Stairway of the Gods. Minions of Varnaku (whose true name is "Black Death"), have ravaged the countryside and the secretive Druidic Council has sent out a plea for help. Valiant heroes are needed in this time of trouble.

Your adventurers stumble upon the devestated village of Buckshire. If they decide to help the community out, they will battle orcs, ogres, gargoyles and vrocks. The adventurers have the option of visiting the demon plane of Lord Varnaku, rescue a missing wizard and finally lead an assault on the Spire that Varnaku and Its minions desecrate with their demonic presence! The quest to retake the sacred stairway is on!

This 3.5 adventure module is for characters level 8-12 but can be adjusted to lower levels by reducing the numbers of monsters. Be sure and look for the other adventures in the Hanan Pacha series. All four link together in political events through the storyline. Our world is truly unique and priced low for the benefit of you: the customer.

A sacred spire in the Kingdom of Elleron is taken by the demon lord, Varnaku, and his minions. So begins the quest in Hanan Pacha to rid the demi-plane of the evil ones who seek to make it part of their domain! The Spire of the Raven God; The Lair of the Demon Princess, The Dead of Winter and the Labyrinth of the Lost, Beyond the Black Door and Wyrmslayer are adventures that take your PCs throughout the regions of the central lands of the Inland Sea. There are plenty of conflicts, political intrigue, memorable NPCs and mysteries to solve as the heros seek the ultimate threat to the Land of Hanan Pacha!

An RPG Resource Review: The work opens with a description of the unusual setting of Hanan Pacha. It's worth considering using it, rather than just slotting the adventure into your own campaign world, because it is so strange - take the characters out [...]

When angry invective passes itself off as a review, I feel compelled to speak out. While every reviewer has the right to voice his or her personal opinion, I feel that a one-star review must work to justify its damning criticism as much as a five-star [...]

This is the first product from this company as far as I can tell so I'll be constructive: hire an editor. Yes, a real one. And then decide which edition you're publishing for. If it's 3E then having ogres armed with Huge longspears or whatever is fine. [...]

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
