Sometimes, crime pays...
From the depths of the triads' heroin fields to the Nakato Gumi's secret Kuro-Tek research and development facilities, the world of organized crime is at war with the forces of order. Will you side with Project Utopia against the purveyors of death and vice, or will the money they offer be enough to tempt you to their side?
Other times, it just takes your money and kills you.
Aberrant: Underworld details the dark secrets of the organized crime syndicates of the Aberrant world. The Camparelli-Zukhov Megasyndicate, the Heaven Thunder Triad, the Nakato Gumi yakuza and the Medellín cartel are all laid bare for the edification of those who want to run or play in an organized crime Aberrant series.
Release: Originally published November 2002, this was the only Trinity Universe product published in that year, and the final official Aberrant product. It was one of White Wolf's early entries into the PDF market, and was never available in print. After Underworld, 2003 only saw the release of two unfinished manuscripts — Brainwaves for Aberrant and Asia Ascendant for Trinity — before official publication resumed in 2004 with the d20 versions of the games.
Each chapter contains its own in-setting color section and out-of-character black-and-white section, the final product to do so.
Like Trinity's Terra Verde, Underworld is formatted for 8.5"x11" rather than the more standard 7"x10".
Cover: The cover by Mike Chaney shows a couple mobsters fighting against oncoming police officers outfitted in SWAT gear.
