Bleached Skull Gnolls

A Pathfinder Roleplaying Game TRIBES supplement by Creighton Broadhurst

Feral denizens of the deep woods, the Bleached Skull Gnolls are creatures of atavistic desires and sadistic lusts. Ferocious warriors and terrible foes they worship the primal, blood-soaked spirits of the woodlands, and war with their neighbours for booty and sacrifices to bury beneath their sacred trees. Bleached Skull Gnolls includes:

  • Six new feats
  • Six new spells
  • Three new magic items used by powerful tribal members
  • Ten stat blocks (ranging in CR from 1/2 - 9)
  • Full details of the tribe's fearsome ally, the bloodspawn treant

Although the Bleached Skull Gnolls dwell on The Lonely Coast (a free 30-page, extensively bookmarked PDF) they can easily appear in any GM's campaign.

Check out Bleached Skull Gnoll's Contents page for more information.

Unfortunately the internet ate my first writing of this so I'm going to try and keep this one a little bit shorter. To sum it up this book (and those in the tribes line) is meant to turn your random encounters battles into something like a mini [...]

Bleached Skull Gnolls This pdf is 23 pages long, 1 page front cover, 1 page blank inside of front cover, 3 pages of editorial/table of contents, 2 pages of chapter headers and 1 page back cover. That leaves us with 15 pages of content on [...]

Bleached Skull Gnolls is a Pathfinder RPG supplement that details the culture and society of a new kind of savage and brutal gnoll. The product is well organized and well designed, and includes useful features such as a table of creatures by CR, a feat [...]

The intent of this product is to introduce a particularly nasty gnoll tribe that lives in the Tangled Wood area of the Lonely Coast (but who can be dropped in to any similar area of your own world or chosen setting). Rather oddly, it starts talking abo [...]

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
