Description:
The party has been on the road for hours, maybe even days. As they near the settlement meant to give them refuge, they are cheered by the sight of smoke from the warming fires. But they are not yet to their destination. Instead, a battle ground awaits them.
The field shows the results of action too recent to not be wary. Broken weapons, overturned wagons, and abandoned supplies. Just put your markers or miniatures down, and you can feel the tension that hasn't dissipated. Any more realistic and you'd need to wear armor yourself!
These tiles are great for an ambush scenario in fantasy and Medieval campaigns. Likewise, they are also great to provide the party an opportunity to be saviors to those left to die. Your imagination is the limit.
