The Wiccae are an optional player race for the Otherverse America campaign setting. They are not considered truly cannon because their existence- as a hidden race of mankind- forces the setting to diverge wildly from its more realistic origins. However, the idea of hidden societies with their own unique tech and culture is well established in science fiction. Adding the Wiccae to your campaign changes the world’s tone slightlymaking it larger and wonderfully strange. The wild spaces- outside the Choicer cities and Lifer Enclaves suddenly become more interesting, because players never really know what’s hidden in the forests or under the hills.
