Outrider is a 2D print-and-play game designed to quickly turn your pre-apocalyptic kitchen table into a post-apocalyptic warzone. Outrider features easy-to-construct components and is designed to fit standard-sized card sleeves and collectible card tuckboxes. Finding a safe passage through the wastelands is difficult. The highways are fast, but vulnerable. Outriders have spent countless hours trying to find routes that are safe, fast and that are near sources of fuel, supplies and the next job.
Backroads is a set of two 22"x28" maps that can be printed out on a large format printer or tiled over multiple sheets. The maps are modular and find together in a variety of ways to create various 22"x28", 44"x28" and 22"x56" wasteland maps.
The maps also contain reference charts for Outrider, but is generic enough to be used for many modern/near future/post apocalyptic games. ...

Hit 'em where it hurts. Hit 'em when they're down.
No one is foolish enough to brave the West Texas badlands unarmed or unarmored, but every Outrider knows that even too much armor isn't enough - there are too many compnents (including the driver) that can be taken out with a single, (un)timely shot. Dealin' Damage adds a new level of detail to Outrider's damage track. Instead of just losing Armor Tokens, players can lose something crucial with each hit suffered. Tires blowout, engines sputter and stall, weapons jam and ultimately fail and your armor could shear off - taking parts of your car with it! Even the vehicle's driver isn't safe: one bullet could injure or outright kill the driver.
