Despite a little silliness in the name ("panda" spelled backward), this product delivers exactly what it promises. The map—done in a spare black-and-white style using CAD conventions and techniques—depicts a garden on the rooftop of a high-rise office building. I personally prefer a more richly illustrated style, but the CAD style fits a modern setting reasonably well. Plus, the price is certainly right!

Fantastic floorplan of an early 20th century Victorian mansion. This item is valuable for pulp-era games, including Call of Cthulhu, Savage Worlds, etc.

This is a pretty decent floorplan, especially if you use print outs and real tokens. Me personally, though, I use digital maps which would allow for far more detail and color and such. Still, it's one less map that I don't have to make, and that makes it good to me. It's definitely worth the $2.50 I spent on it.

Decent product. The floorplans are sharp and presented in a variety of styles. Its not as good a value as Oones products, but Oones doesn't do modern, so its decent enough.

Not bad-not as visually stunning as Skeleton Key (nor as expensive), and a bit less well-developed as a whole than Oones. However, its definately to top of the B&W floorplan food chain.

You get exactly what the description promises. I will find this product useful for superhero RPGs, but any modern setting can probably use a nightclub like the one laid out in these floorplans.

These are well done by the folks that runs 12 to Midnight in real architectural software.
That means you have a realistic building that can be used from Shadowrun to D20 Modern and everywhere in between and around!
You can even use this building for a pulp game like .45 Adventures or Crimson Skies CMG: Aces!
What I like best is that I could take a single file from this folder, go to the local architectural print shop and print up a map-size all-in-one-piece map to use.
Cannot wait to be able to buy more of 12 to Midnight's products!
