Mega-Dungeon 01

Map designs are great with many options for a DM to use and great for a quick group exploration. I wish the maps wer of better image quality, though, as zooming in blurs.

Paratime Design Presents... Walled Mansion
by Kyle S. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 01/25/2022 14:24:34

I like Paratime maps in general but this is one of the best. This is a map of a three story palace with a small dungeon underneath. While the details of the interior are left to your imagination the floor plan alone provides ample inspiration with a throne room with three secret doors, hidden rooms on every level but the roof, and a twenty five room dungeon. Whatever you make this into it obviously has some history and secrets. I don't know what's required to be a mega dungeon but I bet this is close at over one hundred and twenty rooms. If you want the skeleton of a huge environment for adventures to explore you'd be hard pressed to find a better option than this.

Paratime Design Presents... Multi-Dungeon
by Nat S. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 05/14/2021 15:12:42

This is floor 1 for my Megadungeon campaign, and it's worth every penny. The rooms are pre-numbered, thank crap, and have just enough icons for inspiration while still leaving room for creativity. The maps are high-res and the grids uniform enough that you could upload the images to a VTT without running into alignment problems, though sheer size might cause lag, so you're better off uploading the section maps instead.

The map has a few dead-ends near the edges that look like collapsed tunnels, making it easy to expand the delve even further if you so desire. Just grab another great Paratime map and hook it up!

I can't say enough good things about Paratime Design. Grab this map if you need a big dungeon - it won't disappoint.

Love this company's maps, all that I've purchased have been great. This one is just a little low rez, makes it a little blurry on screen but it still looks fine printed out.

This is one of my early PDFs so I really should update it to my current standards. Another thing to add to my to-do list. Glad it printed out okay.

Mega-Dungeon 02
by Rachael S. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 01/17/2016 20:24:52

Quick review here. Of all the map type products I've ever bought (read that as LOTS) this is the first one where layers have been used to near perfect effect. In the option of not showing $ doors It would be best if the hidden room/passage was also removed when there are not $ showing. Otherwise that makes a near perfect PC map.

I really really enjoy these productions.

CONS: error in page number hinders printing $ door hiding does not hide secret rooms

PROS: Excellent layering allows a "white" version to save printer ink. well balanced mapping theme allows for multiple types of dungeons.

This is a requirement to add to your dungeon building toolbox.

Ancient Temple 01

These maps are gorgeous and capture the flavor of the D&D game I played as a kid. I feel like it is 1981 again when I look at them.

Temple of the Spider
by Richard K. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 02/18/2014 19:41:56

Very nice detail and imaginative maps drawn by someone with some real talent for this sort of thing. I enjoy writing adventures with Drow as the "bad guys". These temple maps will be a perfect home for Lolth's minions along with some other evil beasts for the cavern level - not sure yet what I'll go with, but I'll probably browse the wandering monster tables for D1-2 for ideas. For an adventure for characters of lower-level, I could also envision a plot involving some isolated spider cult. In a future update, I would like to see these maps available in "module blue" color if you know what I mean.
