As the product name states, author Jason Anderson gives us here 43 adventure seeds for “space opera” games. Almost all of them could easily be adapted for Star Wars, Traveller, Star Trek, even Serenity or Farscape. If you run any game where travel to various planets is common, you’ll find something useful here. Editor Sarah Badcock let a noticeable number of grammatical errors (mostly having to do with punctuation, such the apostrophe that went missing from “planets starports” on p. 1) make it into the finished product—enough of them got through to annoy a careful reader, but not enough to impede the product’s usefulness.

Well, what can be said about a one-page document? It's short and to the point.
120 Modern Pocket Contents is exactly what it says on the wrapper. It's a bunch of generic items to allow a GM to randomly figure out what is in the pockets of the person that the group just decided to steal/loot off of... Whomever. (And GMs have all been there.). Also useful for those insanely high rolls that allow someone to steal the person's pants, "Just to see if I could."
I also got it for a Post-Apocalyptic RPG to add some flavour to the game, without introducing overpowered items. Usually, however, I'd want to pre-make found caches like this, but it will come in handy for just the random finds through rolling to find something, anything, to trade. Also handy for NPCs that didn't have much of an equipment list, but you wanted to give some flavour to.
For modern games, well, you just found out what was in some poor person's pocket that was just taken rudely away from them.

I am deeply disappointed. Seriously, a simple list of 120 words or word groups assigned to the numbers from 1 to 120, with many entries being obvious ("Cross", "Jesus", "Woman") and others being totally abstract ("Cancer Research", "a word", "Gang Name/Symbol"). This isn't what one expects based on the description and the price at all. I expected of a set of well crafted/designed coherent tattoos either in text form or in graphics. I got a one page PDF with a table of 120 arbitrary words to throw ( (1d6-1)x20 + 1d20 ) at it. Next time I'd better use Google image search.

A good, quick list of different place names. It has a few suggestions for modifying the names to produce more variety. For free, it's definitely worth downloading and tucking into your GM notebook for times when you need a place name fast and just don't have any ideas.
Some things that might have made it better are more variety, fewer names that look like a draw from the tiles in a word game, and numbering to make it easy to use the list as a table. These things are easy enough to add if you print out the list, though.

It's free and the intent is a quick glance guide in case the party catched the gamemaster by surprise, it's not for use while planning a thought out adventure. It's for those little mishaps when the party asks where someone is from and it happens to be completely irrevelant to the story line. If your mind is focused on the game, one of those questions can really make things more trouble than it's worth.

So my gaming group likes to hop around and cover a lot of places; you know planets, star systems, space stations, countries, cities, villages . . . whatever, what have you.Its hard to keep up with them without lagging. You know, the second they see you look up and have to think about a response to a question like "what is the nearest moon?" They figure you're not taking it serious or IT is not important. Anyhow, this product helps to slow lag and keep players guessing. It offers what it promises . . . but you'll mine it of its usefulness pretty quick so I would suggest pad this product with a bunch of ideas of your own.

As the title says, this download is a one-page list of 101 City and Place Names: Hilmar, Orosi, etc.. I would have liked to see the names presented in a percentile dice table, but, otherwise, this GM aid is worth printing out.

Generic, although i liked how the focus was on only one character with six potential story lines. As a free product, this isnt a bad idea generator.

Very generic and really not something that any GM needs. It might be useful to someone completely stuck, but it really wasnt anything that i think i need in my campaign.

This one was pretty generic, like all of the products in this category are. Not bad, just not really anything that i needed to have.

The price isnt bad, especially when bought in a bundle, but i just didnt really see that there was anything more than a generic generator here. I used it once or twice but just really didnt see any long term value in it. If you need it, i would suggest buying it as part of the bundle. Just don't expect it to be all that.
