I have been waiting for this book since it was announced a few months back, and the crew at CGL don't disappoint. All that's old is new again, the 2050 setting brought into the 4th/20th anniversary edition. I don't know if I would pay $45 dollars for the book, but at $25 bucks the book is well worth it. The pdf itself looks great and the fiction is excellent.
I especially like the setting material for Seattle, Chicago and Hong Kong, good choices for starter cities to base a game in.
This book is good for a GM who doesn't want to put a lot of work in to converting all the old gear and rules to 4th edition, but if you do like doing that yourself, then you won't find anything surprising in this book.
