This is perfect music to have on a low volume for background mood music. Its not intended for dramatic effect. I've found my group enjoys having music going on in the background and it adds to the mood without distracting from what people are saying.
Solemn and foreboding would be the best terms to describe this track that starts out with a echoing mystic chant/incantation and sweeps up into a trance-like quality of airy tones. This particular track would work best for playing in moments of contemplation or in the presence of the divine or spiritual especially in regards to soul-searching moments in which the outcome is not clear.
