This has a good idea/plotline, somewhat off the beaten path. I enjoyed reading it, but I am no longer involved with RPG's, so I can't comment on how well it went when I ran it. It is well written, it has an interesting plot, and back drop. I thought it was well worth the price.

We just played this in my campaign. I dropped it into an adventure already going. It was a great side trip. The module worked well. The adventurers like it and found the sea hag quite a difficult case.

If I run it again, I would redraw it with a little garden and with one more complex with bugbears. Maybe I missed something in the design when I DM'ed it, but the garden was not very interesting to my adventurers. I would skip the undead treant as they don't fit in the rooms well. It was hard to explain how the tree would attack from the wall. Did not need 'em. Just a few changes and it would be perfect for my style.

Over all we liked it and it played well. The town was a trip with the little dog leading the adventurers to the garden. It is a good side trip and is best slipped in as the adventurers are traveling. Buy and use it!

I like the whole concept of this line of adventures. One of the things I've really disliked about the direction adventures have gone now days is the need for writers to fill in an entire region around every module. I don't need that. I have my own world and I enjoy having adventures I can just plop in where I want them without having to either re-write a good chunk of the adventure or have to change my world to fit the adventure. Being able to just drop these adventures in when I need them fills a badly needed hole I feel.

Excellent! The villian in this one is set to be quite memorable if played right while the "side encounters" are lively enough to give players a difficult and deadly challenge. Like most of these dungeon crawls you'll need to liven it up with a little background development to make it really shine but I think most groups would quite enjoy this one.
