Overall, I'm very pleased with these figure flats.
All of the main baddies you encounter are represented, and in good numbers that keep you from having to print too many of something that you don't need.
I will agree with other reviewers in saying that I wish that rather than trying to cover potential player characters with a few pages of villains, I think they should have put in the various named NPCs that you encounter in the campaign. There's just no way that you could possible cover the player characters by throwing random pictures in, and it's a bit disappointing that I have all of these great looking bad guys but no NPCs. I mean, Champion, Dr. Destruction? That takes a star off of my review. It's one thing to proxy in a penny or some random fig from your collection when it's just a goon, but putting a penny on the table and saying "that guy's really important" just doesn't have the right effect.
The ships are an okay touch, but I'm not sure how much I'll end up using them. I suppose having them and not needing them is less of a problem than needing them and not having them. No points off for that, but it wasn't a reason to give an extra one, either.
I recommend this set of figure flats if you want to have a good set of drones, V'sori, K'tharen, Quislings, and their cohorts for the table. Just know that you aren't getting any major named NPCs.
To the publisher:
I would gladly spend another few bucks to get a set of named NPCs from the campaign. (I still think replacing the random supers from this set with them would be the best route, thought.)
