As I understand it, this is a True20 adaptation of a d2o cybernetics book. I only have the True20 version. It details a feat-based cybernetics system which is very thorough. If you don't want to use feats, there are rules for treating cybernetics as equipment. The alternate naming system (for magic-based cybernetics) is very nice. New heroic paths are provided for the Cyber Soldier and Cyber Hacker.


LIKED: Wide range of cybernetics are covered; good examples of heroic paths, and good set of alternate rules.

DISLIKED: Nothing!

QUALITY: Excellent

VALUE: Very Satisfied

This supplement for True20 covers cybernetic enhancements for characters (which are treated as Feats), with rules for the effects they have on their users, both good and bad.


LIKED: Variant rules for using the enhancements in a magic-based campaign ("arcane enhancements").

DISLIKED: The innovation and "wow" factor typical of other True20 products don't shine through in this supplement. It's standard stuff, handled competently, but no more.

QUALITY: Acceptable

VALUE: Disappointed
