From the original World of Darkness, Vampire TM, this is a great book. The only reason I marked it down is that the scanned version contains no book marks within the document, not even to mark the two different books within Chicago Chronicles. I also found a few of the pages were scanned upside down. Over all, for the age of the original book and the lack of a digital copy to work from, it is great that WW scanned it for us...but I honestly think they could have done a little extra work to make it a more usable and friendly document.
