After buying this product, I read it carefully. What I found in there is a wealth of very interesting characters and locations, particularly. The NPC's are very well detailed, in the lower levels range, yet very easy to modify to suit your needs.
The artwork, coming from Christopher Shy, is simply wonderful, giving life to every NPC's. Everything in this product is very tied up together, making your job this much easier to introduces intriguing new faces.
For the price tag, I can't help but feel this has been one the best buy I have made on this site. Go ahead, give it a look. You won't be disappointed!
