If you like pirates, and are a fan of the d20 roleplayig system, then this book is an excellent resource. The world of Theah is brilliantly pieced together. As for the quality of the download, the scans are fairly well done, although some of the OCR text is a little off.
Unfortunately, there are a number pages missing from the document. I would recomend buying it elswhere.
