With multiple solos and a chapter of T&T fiction, TrollsZine is really coming into its own! The Interdimensional Pawn Shoppe is inspired!

30 minutes for a 45 MB download? My god are you still using call-up modems?

As the person who is responsible for the size of TrollsZine, I would like to address Joanna's criticism.

All the TrollsZines to date have lots of content, better yet, they also have many illustrations, maps and artwork. We decided that we would allow our artists to determine the end quality of their art. We choose not to needlessly crop nor compress their contributions. This results in great art, but large pdfs.

TrollsZine isn't a sampler, it's a large, full featured, beautiful T&T magazine.

I tested the speed to download, and down to New Zealand it took 10 minutes. Maybe the internet was having a bad day, if it took half an hour for 42Meg. It would be nice if your review was of the Zine and not your internet speed.

45.23MB??

Oh dear - the content is good, but there are halfway decent programs that can scan in something, OCR it and save the diagrams and artwork, and produce a PDF that occupies a tenth of that size.

Sorry guys.

I am a long term T&T fan but I'd prefer to pay a pound or two for something that downloads quickly, instead something that's free and takes half an hour...

Clearly a huge amount of effort has gone into this issue, there is a big improvement in design and layout over the previous issues.

The 'Zine is packed with excellent Tunnels & Trolls articles, features and adventures and art.

There are 4 adventures inside including a solo from Ken St. Andre and a GM adventure by Justin T. Williams for the recently reissued Monster! Monster!.

Perhaps there is too much in the 'Zine, but is that a bad thing?

The price point is perfect.

If you like Tunnels & Trolls, or indeed any type of fantasy roleplaying this is a "must read".

To quote something I heard a Famous Troll say one time. "Hooragh, gooragh, Chomp!"

I highly recommend this product to anyone who games. Why haven't you checked this out if you haven't already?
