This is the best issue of Trophy Case to date. Of honorable mention are the new Flight Powers, though they're referred to as Spells, and Steve Lopez's Aviator class, which by the way turned out much better than the one I was writing. The additional environments really showcase the imaginative scope of the Golden Age genre and of the Hoodlums & Hidouts game. Even if a supers game with rules sticking so closely to the OSR isn't appealing to you, the various encounter tables found in each PDF could be easily ported into a game like Mystery Men! or even ICONS.
