This is a nine (9) page article that is very printer friendly. It is done in a two vertical column fashion with simple line borders. The 1st 1.5 pages is a "how to use this book" statement. There are eight (8) pieces of art, of which two are color. None of the artwork is noteworthy; they are mostly bad clip art pieces of high contrast photos of real women.
The text covers the backgounds of six (6) female prostitutes. This work does not glamourize these working women. If you'd hoped for a "Pretty Woman" to rescue from this product, you may be dissapointed. This work does a good job at giving the six woman a sense of life and plausibility. The book presents these woman as down on their luck, ill-fated, and living in a grim place. In otherwords, these females may be too close to the reality of genuine prostitutes and social tramps. If you world is dark and gritty, like Thieve's World/Sanctuary, then this will work great (but not so much for idealized, high-fantasy). Each female comes with a few good adventure seeds to get her moving. All are human.

LIKED: Simple b/w layout. To the point and well crafted backgrounds. The price is right, bob. YMMV.

DISLIKED: I would have liked each girl to limited to two pages so that I could print them out as needed. Some text overlaps onto the next NPC sheets.

QUALITY: Acceptable

VALUE: Satisfied
