Bought it, hadn't played it yet. Reading through a couple of times and if you have a reputation for being an easy DM, then using this module will give you the respect you deserve!
Your heroes take on a simple job - clean out a band of slavers in a series of underground tunnels. Problem is, it's a set up to capture the heroes by the "Rat King" who wants nothing more than to torture them over and over again. If you went through the first DCC, this is easy to do because it's a sequel. If not, you'll have to do some set-up to logically fit this into your campaign.
Lots of beasties and traps early on will make it hard on your group's ability scores. After a series of encounters your group will be worn down enough to be captured. The second two-thirds of the adventure is for the party to escape, crawl through more tunnels, get their gear back and eventually defeat the Rat King.
I'm really looking forward to running this because my group has been bashing on non-SA & SQ critters. Dealing with shadows, mummies, bone devil and other odd assortment will quickly put them on their toes!<br><br>
