What a great product.

It adds a whole new dimension to your game. Players love these almost as much as they love bennies.

The quick quote on each card is also helpful because it gives some elements of story for the PCs to work with.

My only (minor) complaint is the price. I would price it around 5 dollars for the value.

PEG and Triple Ace Games have other cards to support this deck if you are wanting to add some setting specific cards.

There are also some fan sites that support this product. So my price quibble is pretty minor.

You will either love this product or hate it. if you are a GM who likes total control over your games you will hate it. If you are a GM who likes thechallenge of thinking on your feet you will love it. The use of this deck will derail your careful plans and send your scenarios careering into unexpected areas. So if that's what you want get your copy now.

A very useable gimmick that allows players to seize control of the plot with cards. I love this, having used previous card systems in rpgs. Oddly not all players do..

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Very Satisfied
This product can become just as useful as dice to a Savage Worlds' game. The majority of these cards can take a game in unexpected directions for even the game master.

LIKED: It adds a new dimension of uncertainty to the game.

DISLIKED: Some of the file is wasted space to provide for the back of cards. It's doubtful anyone would glue them together. I put all my cards in sleeves, which works a great deal better.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
What better way to add more fun to an already great RPG. We started using these the day I bought it and printed them out, and its added immeasurably to our games.

LIKED: Very creative, very easy to use.

DISLIKED: Nothing, really. I'd love more cards. :)

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Very Satisfied
This product adds a lot of fun to an already fun game. While it's not 100% original (Torg did some very similar stuff), that doesn't mean it's not fun.

LIKED: Most of the cards are acceptable for pretty much any setting. Plus, there are often additional cards that you can grab off of GWG's website or from fan-sites.

DISLIKED: The markings for cutting out the cards and backs aren't the best designed. It can be difficult to get the backs and fronts to match up.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Very Satisfied
This is nice product, a nice idea, and I can see it adding a lot to the game. Its already got many reviews that tell you all you need to know but suffice to say this recieves my backing also.

LIKED: It has so much potential for increasing the fun of the game and the blank cards were a nice addition for those of use that might want to get extra creative

DISLIKED: I'm afraid to say I think it is somewhat overpriced for what you get and like a lot of savage worlds products the art really doesn't do anything for me. The variant card backs were a nice option but I wouldn't really want to print them. This much at least I was easily able to remedy by putting the finished cards in some very attractive card sleeves I bought for the purpose.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
A great buy. We're using it in our current SW game, and it adds a very nice combination of unpredictability and player control.

DISLIKED: Some of the cards aren't generic enough for any campaign. A few others aren't usable by any type of character.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Very Satisfied
Very interesting idea. I bought this hoping I could use it for other games and I would say about 60% of the cards you could use for "any" game system, but you really have to use Savage Worlds to get the full effect.

Otherwise it is a good buy if you want to give your PC's that extra edge.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
This came out better that I expected. Once I got 'em printed out and stored in card protectors, everything came into place. They added a great little "extra" to our game. I only wish there were more, more, more...

LIKED: Nice pictures and great rule "extras"

DISLIKED: Sucked my ink cartridge dry.

QUALITY: Acceptable

VALUE: Satisfied
The Adventure Deck is a great way to enhance the game! It lets the players do a little bit more of the storytelling, by giving them more options during the game. Some of our most enjoyable gaming moments in Savage Worlds since buying this deck have been the result of a player using one of the cards in a creative and fun way. We have never played a SW game without the deck, since! We also use the d20 version of this deck with every d20 game!

QUALITY: Excellent

VALUE: Very Satisfied
54 cards with no duplication of art and I could only find 2 cards effects who were duplicated in both what they did and when they could be played.

This idea has been done before, but not for Savage Worlds and never this well. Simple to use, easy to remember and adds a lot of fun to the session.

Generic enough to be used in any setting with the exception perhaps of Relic.

5 seperate card backs make customizing the look to your genre of game a possibility as well.

How can you go wrong with a product that's going to add to the fun of every Savage Worlds session regardless of setting?

QUALITY: Excellent

VALUE: Very Satisfied
This is a solid product that does enhance the gaming experience. I've always been in favor of fudge factors, and this is a method that players and GMs can get behind.

LIKED: Clever options for manipulating the story

DISLIKED: Not enough cards. Granted, I can print repeats to pad and stack the deck for and against my players, but it would be nice to have more options to play around with.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
