This is a great addition to my Northern Crown campaign. The elite soldiers are a nice touch of color, and I've already created one for an important NPC. The scenario was a lot of fun to run for my group. We had three 1st level characters and managed to get through it in less than four hours, which made for a fun night of gaming. There are also some interesting plot threads that are left open in this scenario, so we have plenty of ways to tie in this story to future campaign events. All in all, it's a great first issue, hopefully, the first of many.
LIKED: The scenario is great as the first scenario for a campaign.
DISLIKED: The length was fine, but I still would have liked to see more. Just one more article would have made me extremely happy.
