If this product were a clean scan or an oef, I could see the use for it, as printing out tables would be nice, or using it for a screen.
Several of the templates, it seems most actually, are IN the Cyberpunk 3 book, so they're essentially duplicated, when they could have used that space for others.
The main downside is the scan quality. There's a line down each page, and the overall quality is very poor and faded. If the book is rescanned the rating would improve.
