Overview: At fist glance, you will notice that the Player's Guide and the GM's guide have exactly the same text. This may lead you to believe that you have been somehow duped, but such is not the case. The difference between the two books is that the GM's guide has notes in the margins which explain what's really going on. (The main text is what the players can be expected to know)
You should know what you are buying here. This is not a full campaign setting so much as it is a broad overview of a setting. There are several places where there are no details provided, which allows you to make the product personal to your campaign. GM's who like to tinker around with settings will love this, while GM's who prefer read-to-run settings will not like it.
Likes: Lots of adventure hooks and new ideas. There is a lot of fresh thinking here. Also, the maps are first-rate.
Dislikes: The author loses a star for really bad grammar. (This is something that spell-check can't fix.)
