This is a cute game, intended for kids and emulating the tropes of 80s cartoon shows. You play a pony that plays and frolics and shoots lasers from its eyes. After all, you need to defend yourself from monsters and bears and evil queens. Most of the PDF is a well thought out setting. QAGS is a good, lite system for a one-shot, but for campaign-style play I'd probably port it to Cartoon Action Hour or Primetime Adventures.
