It´s actually quite hard to rate this book.
First, it´s not really spectacular from todays viewpoint. There rather dry and very short descriptions for the weapons and the artwork isn´t really thrilling either (simple technical linedrawings of the weapons). Also, one can question the reason behind this equipment book, as many weapons of the same class differ very slightly in gameterms (if at all - some differ just in weight).
On the other hand Twilight: 2000 is about military hardware and one has to remember, that many SciFi an cotemporary RPGs are somewhat equipment driven. So you need a wider selection of Armaments than the very small one represented in the Rulebook. The Book is also in no way badly done. It is just what the Title suggests: A Catalogue of Firearms.
I would suggest this book to everybody who loves good old Twilight: 2000 and whose players have even the slightest interest in Guns (and which players don´t want a bigger sword...ahm...rifle from time to time?). For this price it´s a good buy but from a modern perspective it´s of course a supplement from the Broze Age of gaming.
