This is a great book and a great tmeplate for building other kinds of cities. The technique of putting the power in the hands of the players is interesting. Some of the material adaptable to other settings.
LIKED: An incredibly interesting approach to handling a city setting.
DISLIKED: Clip art images, but with this series I don't mind so much.
