This document exists to adjust the rules in Heavy Metal Thunder Mouse to the Fate Accelerated rules instead of the Fate Core rules that the core book is written with. Fate Accelerated Edition, or FAE for short, is just a version of the Fate rules with some of the dials turned down to make the game simpler. It isn’t Fate lite or a starter version of Fate. It’s a complete game system that stands side by side with Fate Core.
