Nice attempt. You have some good ideas here but I think you need some refinement for sure. I quickly want to validate your decision to have six shooters but no repeating rifles as the six shooters in the picture looked to be something like colt navies which were Involved six shooters… At the time these pistols were used, there were only musket style rifles for the most part so I wanted to address that criticism that you received real quick. I also noticed that you received a criticism for the grip providing a +2 but the archery fighting style does the same thing and this class doesn't have fighting styles. By itself, this is an overpowered at all but when paired with a fighting style, that is a +4 which is really extreme. The only way it can work is if you make it exclusive of fighting styles somehow.

The main thing that attracted me to this class was the picture which has a gunslinger with two fists full of gun! Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way to do this in the class you wrote as...See more

hello i have a feat that i made for this class when i made it it is kind of like crossbow expert and it will also let you dual wield the guns

This is an interesting draft of this class. A few questions: why does the gunslinger add Int instead of dex to damage? The bayonet does as much damage as a short sword when it is probably closer in size to a dagger, and the serrated bayonet is the most damaging dex based melee weapon in the game. My next question is why are there revolvers but only muskets? Why aren't there repeating rifles?

Dead eye should be treated like battle master maneuvers and dice. The Save DC should also be treated like standard class DC or 8 + Ability (most likely dex) + Proficiency. So expand the Dead eye list and say a character can get 2 maneuvers at level 1, and can add an additional one at level 3, 7, 10, 15, and 18th. The Drawfire should probably be treated more like the Compelled Dual spell - Wis ST, on fail, enemy has dis adv on all attacks against anyone else.

The reloading time on the guns makes them slower than crossbows. You should just adopt the standard terms for everything used in the PHB. So...See more

I know this comment was made a few years ago but I wanted to address that in the picture, he is using Colt navies which is a Involved revolver and not cartridge loaded. The common rifle at the time these six shooters were used was indeed a musket. See the Civil War for reference.

These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
