Is there any plan to release this supplement as a KINDLE/NOOK ePub at this time?
And is there any possibility of a new bundle offer with the previous volumes?

The previous volumes are available in a bundle right now; we can only discount things so much due to licensing fees. So, we may create a bundle for convenience, but it won't represent much (if any) more cost savings than currently available.

Similarly, a Kindle/Nook translation costs extra $ and licensing fees, and if anything this book is *more* format-dependent in its layout than the first two volumes, so we need to see some cost/benefit math on that before we can green-light any such thing. Doesn't rule it out, but it does mean it'll be some time before we could roll it out.
