In the Weird Age of the late 21st century, the newly-discovered occult sciences are changing the world. If you want to learn them, Occultar Academy is the place to go. In this secluded island school, talented students from all over the world can learn sorcery and occultech under the Foundation's watchful eye.

But they won't tell you everything.

Occult science is great, but there are risks. Behind the scenes, in the Foundation labs beneath the school, they're researching the dangerous secrets of outer science. The Forbidden Sections beneath the library hide secrets once lost to history, from forgotten occultech to the existence of the Ancient Ones. The book is US Letter size (8.5"x11"), so unfortunately it's larger than the Fate books!

Hi Neil! Breakfast Cult uses its own original setting, so it doesn't have stats for Lovecraft's creatures. There's an expansion book which includes some takes on Mi-Go and Deep Ones, imagined to fit into the Breakfast Cult setting:

The Ancient Ones (Breakfast Cult's elder gods) don't have traditional stats, as they're not meant to be encounters. Instead, they're mostly written in terms of the effect they have on the story.

Recently bought this book and i gotta say, the only thing that lacks is an Anime Opening. I want to see more of this universe, i want to see the school in details, the state, a "make your own god", information on the school, the sports, the teams, the clubs etc... I want More

That's my fault - I usually add them myself before posting, but it looks like I forgot to do it the last time we tweaked the PDF. Thank you for letting us know! We're expecting to update the PDF soon, so I'll try to get some proper bookmarks in.

The PDF (both standard and HQ, last updated July 17, 2018) is still missing a bookmarked table of contents. I would appreciate it if this could be fixed. The same with Game Over; Sweet Shub and Terrible Friends both have it.

Great concept, looks awesome so far! (I purchased the print version, which btw for anyone else thinking about it is REALLY nice looking and good quality!) I'm a total noob to FATE, so was wondering about the last sentence on p.14..."Approaches define how you do things, but approaches define what you do." Is one of those supposed to be Aspects? Sorry to sound obtuse, but again, very unfamiliar with FATE in general, and wanted to make sure I understood correctly.

Chapter 3 covers the Fate rules. You might find it useful to pick up Fate anyway for some more advice, but it's not essential!

Several smaller expansion packs with more sample characters, Ancient Ones, etc. were funded by the game's Kickstarter. They have no set release date, but we'll be working on getting them up once the print version is out.

Could do with a preview that shows more than the character sheet - which tells me nothing much about the writing style, art, etc. of the game. Yes, the Quick preview shows a hint of art, etc. but the text appears so tiny I can't learn much of anything from it.

Ces livres électroniques ont été créés physiquement en scannant les originaux et en utilisant les images obtenues pour faire les pages pdf. Chaque page est passée par un programme de reconnaissance optique ces caractères (OCR) afin d'essayer de déchiffrer le texte imprimé. Le résultat de ce procédé OCR est situé de manière invisible derrière l'image de chaque page scannée, pour permettre d'utiliser des recherches de texte. Cependant, un texte dans un livre donné sur un fond graphique ou avec des fontes manuelles ne sera probablement pas reconnu par le programme OCR, et ne sera donc pas pris en compte dans les recherches. Aussi certains livres imposants peuvent être redimensionnés pour correspondre au système, et peuvent ne pas avoir cette fonctionnalité de recherche de texte. La plupart des livres les plus vieux et en rupture d'impression sont dans le format images scannées.

Ces livres électroniques ont été créé à partir des versions électroniques, et permettent donc d'utiliser pleinement la fonction recherche. De plus, la taille de leur fichier tend à être plus petite que celle des livres scannés. La plupart des livres récents sont dans le format électronique original.
