Really loving the idea. A few mechanic/editing comments:

Occult Powers-
"Unless noted these powers can used at will and require no
preparation. Typically the power is limited to once
per day unless stated differently in the description."

Which is it? At will or once per day?

"Mantle of the Goddess"
How long does this last? Also...holy Jesus Christ!!! +5 to Saves and AC!?! I play a hireling heavy game and this would be the absolute most potent ability in the game!

"Charge of the Goddess"
"+2 to all offensive attack forms, spells or weapons"
Since most spells don't require a to hit roll, what does this mean for magic purposes?

"Ball of Sunshine"
"All creatures with 80’ are blinded (save to counter) and take 6d6 points of damage (save for half). "
Since this is centered on the caster, does that mean that she and her companions also take the...See more

Thanks for these notes. Here are some ideas.
Occult Powers: Go with the description in each power.

Mantle: Yeah...that's a touch high. Time: 1 round per level for +3 to saves.

Ball of Sunshine: Yeah, they are. Magic is dangerous.

Breath: yeah, typos.

Protection vs. Elements is a spell that should have been in the doc. I'll throw it up on my blog for free. I'll put a link here.
