That is madness! This is not only dry, lifeless waste in that direction, it is RADIOACTIVE!” Erricara shook her had slowly while frowning about the plan Utha just had explained to them. The gaunt mutant crossed his four arms in front of his chest. “So, you prefer going through the ruins and down underground? That is NoSpeak-Clan territory. Remember when we ran into them above ground, last moon? Down below, we cannot escape them. These are -their- tunnels”. The BlueEye-Kin renegade waited in silence for a reply to that, but Erricara gave none but stared at him in frustration, grinding her teeth. Young Gillead broke the silence by taking the hand drawn map and pointing onto it after inspecting it briefly.”There.. what is with this way there? Er...

Attention please! I am not a native speaker, please check the preview to see for yourselves if my English matches your standards. Thank you! 20 Game Animals for the Weird, Irradiated Post-Apocalypse is a list of mutated beasts that could end up in the PC´s stomach after a successful hunt. After all, one cannot feed them giant rats, eleven-eyed carp and scaly hares all the time, right? Each entry includes a brief description of the creature, estimate about how many rations one could gain from it once it is dead and some come with a suggestion about how to hunt it. It is up to the GM if each creature is a unique mutant or a member of a new species (and how quick such a new species will be become extinct in a region as the survivors or “Neo...

Thank you. 20 zombie encounters provides (guess what?) 20 encounters with the walking, running, shambling and/or crawling (un)dead for use in your old-school, weird, science-fantasy post-apocalyptic RPG... or any other OSRPG where you have use for retro-scifi mutant encounters of the undead kind. Thank you. ############################################## 25 Possible Side-Effects of Cryostasis provides you with a little assortment of lemons to hand to your player characters (or your NPC) when they arise out of long, cold, future-style slumber or in a weird series of games where the PC are not hired or coerced to do mission buts are simply forced back into cryostasis in between sessions (“you don´t want that murder-machine to idle around in peace-times, do you?”). You can use them in scifi-games where cryostasis is used in interstellar travel, you make use it as a gimmick in a one-shot game or just as a one-sho...

Attention please! This is not the work of a native speaker. Please have a look at the preview to decide for yourself if my English matches your standards. Thank you! The entry for the “Unique Sense” mutation on p. 26 of the Mutant Future(tm) core rules says (among other things) that “The player and Mutant Lord may devise an appropriate sense, and what its range will be.” Well, I might not be your Mutant Lord (aka “Game Master”), but I am a GM and kinda good at fleshing out details. So, I hereby present to you a collection of unique senses for your RPG characters, all written for and compatible with Mutant Future(tm). A word about the rules... To avoid “adventure breakers” (i.e. a mutant power th...

Gregorius21778: 99 Deformations
Regular price: $0.50
Bundle price:
 $0.30
Format:
 Watermarked PDF
Attention please! This is not the work of a native speaker. Please have a look at the preview to see if my English is up to your standards. 99 Deformations. These are not the “mutations” you find in similar lists for fantasy and horror. There are now “sharp claws”, “reptile skin”, “wolf teeth” and for sure no tentacles or “a dozen eyes”. The deformations listed here are detrimental, have no advantage to them and are neither rooted in the Mythos of H.P. Lovecraft nor are they zoological in nature. Some are examples of rare-but-possible real-life deformities, other are the abominable children of my own imagination. In a post-apocalyptic setting they may be a pick-your-poison list for a world where -every- survi...

Gregorius21778: 99 Names for Post-Apocalyptic Settlements
Regular price: $0.50
Bundle price:
 $0.30
Format:
 Watermarked PDF
Where was the girl that we saved from the slavers abducted? Where was the junk trader we share our fire with born? What is the next settlement down the old highway? Where could the raiders sell their loot? If that is the kind of question that your players come up with while you play a post-apocalyptic RPG with them, I have 99 possible answers for you. 99 Names for Post-Apocalytpic Settlements provides to you a main table with 99 names and a sub table with 20 prefix/suffix to add to the name. The tables were written with an apocalypse in mind that was not more than a generation ago, so that the survivors who named the settlements still remembered the world as it was. A lot of the names are just first names and last names (“Loretta”; “Keith”), indicating that t...

Who is the second-in-command in this outpost? Who are the close friends of that missing scavenger? Who is a regular at the local watering hole? Who are the members of the local militia? If that is the kind of question that your players come up with while you play a post-apocalyptic RPG with them, I have 99 possible answers for you. 99 Names for Post-Apocalytpic Characters provides to you a main table with 99 names and a sub table with 20 prefix/suffix to add to the name. Pick a name from the first (or “main”) table or determine one at random with a d100 (re-roll a result of 100). It includes a mix of male/female first names, last names and nicknames that should fit into a (American Hollywood) post-apocalypse. If you want to add some sparkling, pick one of the “additio...

Thank you. An updated version will be released in the coming days, please stay tuned! About this product: Fallout shelters. Secure rooms, build below ground and stocked with everything the occupants would need to survive the first weeks in relative safety. In any post-apocalyptic setting these are little treasure hoards, especially those whose builders and owners did not made it. Some were large, communal shelters erected by the government, but whenever the fear of a nuclear war was peaking, private persons build shelters of their own: either for themselv...

Gregorius21778: Loot Tables for Hover-car Wrecks
Regular price: $0.75
Bundle price:
 $0.45
Format:
 Watermarked PDF
Attention/Please read first! This is not the work of a native speaker. Please have a look at the preview to see if my English matches your standards. Loot Tables for Hover-car Wrecks is the well-behaved (but codependent) sister of Loot Tables for Stuff inside of post-apocalyptic Battlecars. Codependent, because it is not only “compatible with” but in fact “written for” MutantFuture(tm): a lot of the entries in the different tables will refer to items found in the MF core rule book (click the link above to get a free copy). Oh! Talking about tables and entries: Loot Tables for Hover-car Wrecks includes a main table with 65 entries and 14 sub-tables with further items. Using the tables is simple: roll two times (on the main table) to create a wreck that ha...

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
