The raiders of Oghma mercilessly prey upon the blighted star systems of the Outrim Void. Their endless plundering has reduced their neighbors to pre-starflight technology.

When the travellers get caught up in an Oghman raid, they find themselves going to the raiders' homeworld, a strange and unique place where starfaring tech meets the barbarism of Ghengis Khan.

But something is happening on Oghma. Oghma has deep, dark secrets and the travellers can either help drag this savage world out of the darkness, or be swallowed up by it forever.

Includes a complete adventure, a brand-new starship, the Threshing Oar-class raider (illustrated by fan-favorite artist Ian Stead, stats, 2D and 3D deck plans), a new grav vehicle (the Doomsayer APC), world maps, character art, and graphics.

Great work Christopher in fleshing out one of the more interesting worlds in the Trojan Reach, and for a very playable adventure as well! [...]

This is a great resource. While it provides a decent adventure scenario, its real value for the busy GM is the detail it provides of the setting -- a history, major NPCs, quality world map, and new ship type (complete with deckplans and beautiful illus [...]

Awesome module. Over all nicely layed out. Lots of scope for the NPC's to be tweaked in such a way so as to allow the DM to have them be (Or become) re-appearing 'Bad guys' across a wide area of space. Enough scope for there even to be 'Sequels [...]

Good value. Fleshes out an interesting world, making sense of the ability of a relatively low-tech society to sustain Jump-capable raiders while fitting in to the known history of the region. The scenario is quite open - there is enough information to [...]

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
