Castle Kell - Shields of Power

The road has been long . . .

and you are tired. The companions you have met along the way have been personable enough, but even the best of company may become tiresome on the road. Now, just to make things miserable, a storm is blowing up and it looks like a big one. A jagged bolt of lightning rips the sky! Thunder crashes and rolls across the countryside! The sky opens and sheets of water pound down on your heads! You scan the countryside. The wind is driving the deluge through your clothes, soaking you to the skin. The flat grassland offers no hope of getting out of the gale. The company decides to trudge on until dark in hopes of finding a drier place to spend the night. Just as you give up and are making preparations for a cold and miserable night in the open, one of the party spots a light through the pouring rain! An inn? Probably not. A house? Possibly. A deserted ruin? Maybe. But anything would be better than spending the night outside in the freezing rain.

You have always been warned against having dealings with Leprechauns. But once inside the walls of Castle Kell you have no choice. Will you make it out alive or not at all?

This is a not-so-simple dungeon crawl with a magical twist. For a bit of good Irish fun, have a seat and see what the Little People have in store.
